Man arrested over lake deaths crash on Powys border
POLICE arrested a 21-year-old man today after a car plunged 20ft down an embankment into a lake near the Powys border, killing two teenagers. Anwen Busby, 16, and Jai Burks, 19, died in the crash on the A44 at Ponterwyd, near Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, in the early hours of this morning.
